We are open Monday to Friday (except Holidays) between 0830 to 1700 Hours. As a
Specialist clinic, patients need referral from their General Practitioner, family physician
or other doctor to be eligible for a rebate from Medicare.

Hollywood Specialist Centre is at 95 Monash Avenue. This is between Hollywood Private Hospital itself and Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital. If you stand on Monash Avenue looking East (that is to the right as you go up the slope of Monash Avenue) Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital is towards the bottom of the slope (towards King’s Park), then there is the joint car park, then Hollywood Specialist Centre and at the top Hollywood Private Hospital itself. Parking is available alongside Hollywood Specialist Centre.

Unit 4, 77 Grand Boulevard on the west edge of Joondalup Health Campus. You should park in the Joondalup Health Campus car park and walk west towards the Specialist Medical Centre which is on your left as you look at the hospital from the car park. You will see the Western Diagnostic collection point and the café Pronto along side it. Walk past the Western Diagnostic collection point leaving it to your right and walk down the sloping side road to Grand Boulevard. Once there turn right and walk about 100 metres to 77 Grand Boulevard.

When you come for your appointment Remember to bring the following:

• Medicare or the veteran affairs card.
• Referral letter from your GP, family physician or other doctor.
• Have your insurance information.
• Copies of operation records, medical records, x-rays, MRIs, CT scans and so on from prior doctor visits (if you have).

To cancel an appointment

Telephone the office during business hours. Please cancel at least 1 day ahead so that your appointment time can be allocated to another patient who is seeking treatment.

Your time is valuable and we make every effort to run on time. As you can imagine, emergencies occur that cause scheduling delays beyond our control. We apologize in advance if we keep you waiting.
